    DOGE Personnel Dossier

    Summary

This dossier is an uprecedented collection of detailed information on individuals currently working for or closely associated with the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE).

Despite its sweeping influence and rapid destruction of the United States federal government, DOGE operates with minimal public transparency.

Despite widespread criticism and a lack of meaningful oversight, DOGE continues to operate with the full support of the Trump administration, which has exempted it from normal disclosure requirements, even while asserting that it is “maximally transparent.”

    Purpose of This Dossier

In response to Elon Musk’s public assertion that “DOGE is maximally transparent,” this dossier seeks to fulfill that claim by making available all legally accessible information about those shaping DOGE’s agenda.

All information contained in this document:

    • Is drawn exclusively from open-source, legally obtained materials.
    • Is presented in accordance with the First Amendment and grounded in clear, demonstrable public interest.
    • Explicitly does not condone harassment, intimidation, doxxing, or any form of illegal behavior.

This resource exists solely to inform the public and promote accountability among those entrusted—by taxpayers—with dismantling critical functions of the federal government. While this may cause discomfort among some individuals named herein, such discomfort is not only constitutionally protected—it is a natural consequence of public accountability in a democratic society.

    Please Support My Work

Doing this work is not without risk—and it demands time, energy, knowledge, and resilience.

I’m not backed by a major institution or corporate funder. I’m not a media outlet or political organization. I’m just a working-class American, trying to do my part to shine a light in the darkness while there’s still time to act.

If you believe in this work—if you believe the public has a right to know who is gutting the institutions we all depend on—I need your help.

    Sourcing and Methodology

At every stage, only data already in the public domain was used. No hacking, surveillance, or private database access occurred. This dossier is the product of legally sound digital investigation techniques that adhere to journalistic and research ethics.

This dossier was compiled using a systematic, transparent, and fully legal methodology:

    1. Identifying DOGE Personnel

Names of individuals working with or advising DOGE were obtained from widely circulated reports by mainstream news organizations, investigative watchdogs, and government leaks. These names have already been made public in major media outlets and oversight investigations.

    2. Contact Information Retrieval

Publicly available platforms such as RocketReach, ContactOut, and SignalHire were used to retrieve professional email addresses and phone numbers associated with these individuals. These tools operate within the bounds of existing privacy and data scraping laws.

    3. Automated OSINT Analysis

Collected contact information was processed using OSINT.INDUSTRIES, an automated open-source intelligence analysis platform. This tool compiled public digital footprints, social media metadata, affiliations, and related OSINT insights, which were then exported for public transparency into a Google Drive folder available to interested parties.

    4. FREE Interactive Graphical OSINT Analysis

Every subject of the DOGE Dossier has their own subfolder containing five file types including a JSON file that can be easily imported into OSINTRACKER for independent analysis via a powerful, intuitive, and completely free graphical user interface (GUI).  Alternatively, by following these simple instructions, anyone can download a pre-formatted version of the entire DOGE Dossier for use in OSINTRACKER.

    Legal Usage Disclaimer

The creator of the dossier does not condone the use of the information contained in the DOGE Dossier for the purposes of harassment or illegal conduct of any kind.

The intent of this dossier is to inform, not intimidate—to shine a light on the individuals responsible for unprecedented disruption within the federal government, and to hold those in power accountable for the real-world impact of their actions. As with any position of public service—especially one wielding this level of influence and controversy—those working for DOGE should expect scrutiny, not secrecy. The American people have a right to know who is shaping, shrinking, or subverting their government, particularly when these actions cause widespread harm at home and abroad.
